After graduating from the University of Michigan with a concentration in Film/TV/ Video Studies she was anxious to start her career in the ad business. She got her start on the production side at The Story Companies. As a production assistant she quickly learned the production process from initial budgets, hiring vendors, relationships with directors, and helped it all come together at the shoot.

She later joined Comma is 2001. She was interested in participating in the music side of the business. First working as an office manager, she contracted musicians and singers, assisted with client services, and making and sending demo reels. Currently she is the business manager for Comma, Particle and FIX. She still contracts talent, authors the demo reels, and loves the variety of music that immerses the studio everyday.
